To obtain this type of service you simply need to download the contract (read it carefully, sign it and send it), make the payment and the software that will allow me to connect to your computer and start the activities.
How to use the software (see image below):
- Download the program and run it on this page
- Tell me the ID and password that appear on the screen of the program
- Wait a few seconds and will start the communication.
Remote Assistance can be requested at any time from 20.00 to 23.00 or by email. Obviously, the work can start only after the customer has read and signed the contract, sent a signed copy, and finally signed a package of assistance from those dsponibili.
